 FAQs

  • Members can park anywhere on or off the street unless stated otherwise. There are no parking meters or validation needed in The Cargo District, and parking is usually easy to find!

  • Please bring your guests! Just inform the front desk if you're bringing someone for the day. If your office can hold two or more, there’s no extra fee. For single-person offices or if you can't accommodate everyone, your guests get 50% off a day pass!

  • Yes, all pets are welcome at CoWorx! Please keep them on a leash. They can play in any green space in the Cargo District. Bring poo bags or ask our staff for more. We also have water bowls for your pets!

  • No commitments! Our offices are month-to-month and need just 30 days' notice to cancel. Want a lease term? You can save more—ask our staff about special pricing when you sign up.

  • Your CoWorx office is yours to customize. You can add or remove desks, decor, rugs, tables, seating, picture frames, and more! Removing furniture will not affect the monthly price. However, painting the walls is not allowed.

  • Yes! Your subscription gives you full access to all shared areas in both locations. If your office has them, you can also use your conference room hours for team meetings or to bring friends for the day.

  • Begin your day at CoWorx on Queen and relax at the bar and lounge on Castle St. You have the choice! Use your CoWorx keycard for weekend or late-night access. Our staff is here to help during business hours (Mon-Fri 8am-6pm). Feel free to call or visit for a tour.
