How is parking?
Unless otherwise noted by the management team, members of our coworking community are welcome to park in any available spots, both on the street and off-street. It's important to mention that there are no parking validation requirements, nor are there any parking meters to worry about during your visit.

Is there a quiet place to take phone calls?
For our Hot Desk and Day Pass members, we request that phone calls be taken in the upstairs loft. This area is designed with ample white noise and natural noise suppression to ensure a comfortable environment for all members.

Can I bring food?
Absolutely! When bringing food, help yourself to our kitchen and any silverware or plates you may need. Please be courteous and wash any dishes you use. Food should be left in the refrigerator along with your lunch bag/box. Food left over the weekend will immediately be thrown out.

Do you require deposits?
None of our flexible plans require any deposits, setup fees, or minimum terms, making it super easy for you to get started. However, we encourage you to ask us about exciting savings opportunities available by signing up for a commitment that best fits your needs! We’re here to help you find the perfect solution.

Can I put my membership on hold?
Hot Desk memberships at CoWorx can be paused at any time. When paused, monthly billing stops immediately, your keycard and access to member-only features is restricted until you restart your membership.
For Dedicated Desk and Private Office memberships, pausing is not available. Members must return all keys and vacate the office. Additionally, all office and dedicated desk members are required to provide 30 days’ notice before vacating their space.

Does coworx have ADA Accessibility?
While we strive to accommodate all guests to the best of our ability, please note that CoWorx is not currently ADA compliant. We are committed to making reasonable accommodations to ensure accessibility for individuals with disabilities. Please contact us in advance so we can discuss your specific needs and make appropriate arrangements to enhance your experience at our facility.

Are pets allowed?
Yes, all pets are welcome at CoWorx! Please keep them leashed at all times. Feel free to let them exercise in any green space around the Cargo District. Remember to carry poo bags with you or ask our staff for extras, and we have water bowls available for your furry friends too!
